God did it. He created the heavens and the earth. When we consider this beautiful and wonderful creation, we cannot help but acknowledge the awesomeness of the creator.
This is His handiwork, and it testifies to His great glory (Romans 1:19-20). We see in scripture that the Glory of God was, at times, experienced tangibly. The Glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle, and the Glory of God’s presence also filled the temple. Moses, who had such great encounters with the LORD already, still pleaded that The Lord show Him His Glory in a most unique and special way. The desire of all believers.
But the scriptures speak about the whole earth being filled with His glory (Isaiah 43:7). And this is where the church has a most important role to play. We want – we need – we have to have more of His glory on all the earth today.
