Sunday 21st August – In line for a blessing – Elder Martin Finegan

The foundation of the faith is God, who is sovereign, and to whom and through whom all creation is attributed. We are the creation of God, made in the likeness and image of God, but we have all fallen astray from God, with each one of us turning our own way.

God, who is holy and just, has made a way for each of us to be reconciled to him through the life, death and resurrection of the Son of God, Christ Jesus our Lord. Those who have been redeemed by the love of God through Christ are called to obey God, serve God and love God. In recognition of the love God extended to each person who has been justified, God spurs us to conduct ourselves in the world in such a way that brings glory to God.

This morning let us reflect on how God wants us to treat one another.

This Sunday, Pastor Johnson joins us all the way from Texas and will provide a message of encouragement.

Join us at 10:30am for our regular Sunday service.
