Jesus purified the temple in Jerusalem reminding the people that the house of God is a house of prayer.
We, the Church, the called-out ones are to be without spot or wrinkle with our eyes on the spiritual not the ritual. Praying and worshipping in spirit and in truth.
The sign, that Jesus had the right to cleanse the temple with such zeal, was his death and resurrection. Praise God that we are free by the cleansing of Jesus’ blood.
Let’s live free and serve Christ with Zeal.
