Sunday 18th August – The unshakable power of Jesus’ name – Pastor David

Miracles performed by the Apostle Paul spread awe and reverence throughout Ephesus, leading many to renounce their previous practices, including magic and witchcraft, in recognition of Jesus’ supreme authority.

The failed exorcism by the seven sons of Sceva further illustrates that merely using Jesus’ name without true faith and connection to Him is ineffective and dangerous. The sermon underscores that the power in Jesus’ name is not a formula but is effective only when wielded by those who are under His Lordship. Pastor David today encourages believers to boldly represent Christ as His ambassadors and live in alignment with His authority.

Join us at 10:30 a.m. for our regular Sunday service.
