This sermon, rooted in 2 Chronicles 20:1-23, examines how King Jehoshaphat dealt with an overwhelming crisis through prayer, fasting, and seeking God. When fear arose, Jehoshaphat immediately turned to the Lord, modelling how to confront our anxieties by fixing our eyes on Him.
Pastor David wants to emphasise that the key to overcoming anxiety lies in shifting our focus from how challenges and problems affect us to how God can be glorified through them.
By dedicating Quiet Time, Quality Time, and Qualified Time to God, we learn to hear His voice, develop trust in His promises, and filter out distractions that hinder our faith. If we could connect with His word regarding each situation, we could move from anxiety to peace.
Our service starts at 10:30 a.m.
