Love is the ultimate motivator. We try to occupy our free time with the things that we enjoy doing. We spend time with people we love and talk about things we have a passion for.
In the name of love, we make the biggest sacrifices ever, it is an awesome thought – that God the creator of all things loves us.
The bible states that we love God only because He first loved us. Our response to the realisation and knowledge of the full weight of His gracious love towards us, taking into account also the reality of who He is, results in our personal, loving and submissive obedience to His will.
It is His love for us that is the motivating factor. The results being a genuine pursuit towards Christlikeness.
