Jesus has an innate ability to draw a crowd. Many sought after him and travelled miles to reach him. On the surface, it would appear they were seeking the Messiah but what transpires is that some were purely after what Jesus could provide.
The challenge for us as believers is to reflect on what our faith is really built on. How do we respond when the things we desire remain unanswered? Are we simply after the earthly bread?
