Many of us have been taught how to be good Christians by avoiding sin. However…

Jesus had an incredible ministry; His fame grew due in no small part to the fact that His declaration of God’s word came with power, authority and the demonstration of signs and wonders.

We highlight in the service today the two very distinct authorities as laid out in scripture.

Jesus ends his sermon on the mount with three degrees of separation:

The response of the Church in acts to the Gospel of Christ was to dedicate themselves to the will of God, both in communion with God and in fellowship with the saints.

Everyone wants to be happy and we all pursue a content life but does it line up with Gods definition of happiness?

Love is the ultimate motivator. We try to occupy our free time with the things that we enjoy doing. We spend time with people we love and talk about things we have a passion for.

The church is called out, to be like Jesus in this world. Jesus lived without fear! He was totally focused on His mission.

Jesus experienced incredible and horrific suffering whilst on the cross. The people He came to save mocked Him and challenged Him.

The contemporary culture we live in presents personal choice as a hallmark of the freedom we exercise.
