We are called to be light in the darkness. Light is a revealer, a source of comfort, a guide, and an attribute of Christ.
In order for us to stay on track and keep our focus on God’s Bigger Plan, we need to see God for who He is. Seeing God stimulates a reaction of worship, for what else could a person do?
“Wait on the Lord”, the bible says, but that is easier said than done. Pastor David today suggests that we get tempted and impatient in our seasons of waiting because we are far too often only contemplating the smaller picture.
This Sunday we will be investigating and encouraging ourselves through the powerful nature of God’s word that brings into existence and the ever-present character of Jesus in scripture that brings abundant life.
