These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for events organised by The People’s Christian Fellowship, registered in the United Kingdom. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when purchasing a ticket.
1. Ticket Purchase
1.1 Tickets can be purchased online through our official website or authorised ticketing platforms.
1.2. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as provided in clause 3 (Cancellation or Postponement of Event).
1.3. Tickets are subject to availability and may be limited per transaction or per person.
2. Ticket Prices
2.1. Ticket prices are as stated on our website or authorised ticketing platforms and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
2.2 We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time, but such changes will not affect already purchased tickets.
3. Cancellation or Postponement of Event
3.1 In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.
3.2 In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket. Booking fees and any other charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.3 If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund as per clause 3.2.
4. Entry and Attendance
4.1 Admission to the event is subject to compliance with the venue’s terms of admission.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the event rules or behaves in a disruptive or dangerous manner to others.
4.3 Ticket holders may be required to provide valid identification upon entry to the event.
5. Resale of Tickets
5.1 Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel tickets that have been resold or transferred in violation of these terms and conditions.
6. Liability
6.1 We do not accept any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
6.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising out of your attendance at the event.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
